| MECHANISM: |
| The washing operation of model VLW-100 vial
washing machine is based on a set of seven timers which controls the
duration of each washing process and the flow of different washing
media to obtain a washing duration from 0.1 to 99 seconds, and skipping
is possible by switching off the timer. |
| Vials in inverted position, resting on two
or three stationery washing trays, undergo one external and up to
four internal flushings, thus maxumun cleaning is obtained. Loading
of vials into washing trays can be manually done, or by dump-loading
from a tray pack or shrink-pack. Pneumatic open & close cover
is now a standard feature. |

WASHING MEDIUM:

There are up to five inlet
ports available for connection to the supply of various washing
media, such as tap water, compressed air, steam, deionized
water or distilled water.
