Spherical
grain machine uses the centrifugal principle so theat when
cylindrical grains went through speed rotation inside the
orund disc with special grooved turning disc, cylindrical
grains proceed to even centrifugal, forming a twisted ropdlike
circulation. The graduation spread of groove enables the grains
to achieve extremely high spheroids or pills. It can be used
in the research and development and fabrication of special
spherical grain drugs. |

Since
it uses high speed rotation disc to granulatd, hence all the
grains formed are a uniform spheroid, without any pulverulent
matter. The yield is more than 90%. It reduces environmental
dust pollution during the process. It is equippedwith a cooling
jacking to drop the temperature of heat sensitive materials,
so that these materials will not stick together due to temperature
rise and able to produce continuously through proper control.
